The plain-language version

When you buy one of our digital products, you get a personal license to learn from it — not to share or resell it. Everything we teach is education, not legal advice; before you file anything with the USPTO, a registered patent attorney reviews your work. Video courses come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. The full terms are below, written to be read.

1. Who we are, and agreeing to these terms

BraveMind Academy ("we," "us") operates bravemindacademy.com and its related sites (including go.bravemindacademy.com and learn.bravemindacademy.com) and sells digital education products. By using our sites or buying our products, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them. Questions: [email protected].

2. Our products

Everything we sell is digital and delivered electronically. Our products fall into a few categories:

• Free guides — PDF overviews we give away in exchange for your email.
• Playbooks and toolkits — downloadable working manuals: PDFs, fillable worksheets, templates, and installable files such as Claude Skills.
• Video courses — lesson-by-lesson courses you access online.
• Bundles — combinations of the above at a combined price.

The price and exactly what's included in any product are shown on its product page and at checkout before you pay. Unless a product page says otherwise, purchases are one-time payments — no subscriptions. Delivery is electronic (by email or online access), normally within minutes of purchase; if something doesn't arrive, email us and we'll make it right.

3. Your license

When you buy a product, we grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own learning and your own projects. That means:

• You may download, view, print, and fill in the materials for yourself, and use what you learn in your own ventures — commercial ones included.
• You may not share, resell, redistribute, repost, or publish the PDFs, worksheets, templates, Claude Skills files, videos, or your course access — whether for free or for money.
• If you want to use our materials with a team, a class, or an organization, email us — we're easy to talk to about group licenses.

4. Education, not legal advice

Our courses, guides, playbooks, and tools are educational. Nothing in them is legal, financial, or other professional advice, and buying them doesn't create an attorney–client or other professional relationship with anyone.

In particular, where our materials cover inventing and patents: AI-assisted patent searches, invention disclosures, and prior-art analyses produced with our methods are research and drafting aids, not legal advice. A registered patent attorney must review your work before you file with the USPTO or rely on it. Our materials say this throughout, and we mean it.

Results vary with your idea, your effort, and your market. Nothing we sell guarantees a patent, a sale, revenue, or any other outcome.

5. Refunds

• Video courses and bundles: 30-day money-back guarantee. If a course isn't for you, email [email protected] within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full, no hoops.
• Playbooks, toolkits, and other instant downloads (purchased on their own): their full contents are listed on the product page before you buy, so please read that page first. Because they're inexpensive instant downloads, we don't offer money-back refunds on them — but if anything is broken or you can't access your files, email us and we'll fix it.

If a specific product page states a different refund policy, that page controls for that product. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. A refund ends your license to the refunded product.

6. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. You agree to provide accurate billing information and to authorized use of the payment method only. We never see or store your full card number.

7. Third-party tools

Much of what we teach is built around working with third-party AI tools — in particular Claude, an AI assistant made by Anthropic. Using those tools requires your own account with the provider, under the provider's terms and pricing — for our workflows, a paid Claude plan is strongly recommended. We are not affiliated with Anthropic or any other tool provider, and we don't control their services, pricing, or availability.

8. Our content

The websites, courses, guides, playbooks, skills, brand, and the BraveMind™ name and logo are owned by us (or licensed to us) and protected by copyright and trademark law. These terms don't transfer any ownership to you — just the license in Section 3.

9. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the sites: no attempting to break, overload, or scrape them, no circumventing purchase or access controls, and no using our forms to send spam or unlawful content.

10. Disclaimers and limits on liability

Our sites and products are provided "as is." We work hard to keep everything accurate and available, but we can't promise the sites will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the materials fit your specific situation. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim related to our sites or products is limited to the amount you paid us for the product in question, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited.

11. Changes

We may update these terms as our products evolve. The current version always lives at this page with its date at the top. Changes apply from the date they're posted; your continued use of the sites or products means you accept them. The refund policy that applies to a purchase is the one posted when you bought.
