Privacy Policy

The plain-language version

BraveMind Academy ("we," "us") runs bravemindacademy.com and its related sites (including go.bravemindacademy.com and learn.bravemindacademy.com). We collect the information we need to deliver what you ask for — a free guide, a purchase, a reply to a message — plus some standard website and advertising data. We don't sell your personal information, and we try to be specific below about who touches your data and why. Questions any time: [email protected].

What we collect

• Information you give us. Your name and email when you request the free guide, sign up for emails, or use the contact form. On order forms, your name, email, and phone number.
• Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe over an encrypted connection — we never see or store your full card number.
• Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use cookies and similar technologies that record things like the pages you visit, the device and browser you use, and actions you take (such as opting in or purchasing). This includes the Meta Pixel, described below.

How we use it

• To deliver what you asked for — sending your guide or purchase, processing orders, replying to messages, and providing access to courses.
• To send marketing email. If you opt in or buy from us, we may send emails about our products and ideas worth your time. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes one click. We'll still send transactional emails (receipts, delivery links) when you buy something.
• To advertise and measure advertising, as described in the next section.
• To improve the site — understanding what people read, where they get stuck, and what's worth building next.

Advertising and the Meta Pixel

We use the Meta Pixel, a piece of code from Meta (the company behind Facebook and Instagram), on our websites. When you visit, the pixel shares information about your visit with Meta — such as the pages you view, actions you take (like requesting the guide or completing a purchase), and standard device and browser information. Meta uses this to help us measure whether our ads work and to show our ads to people more likely to find them useful, and Meta may use it as described in its own privacy policy.

You have real choices here:

• Adjust your ad preferences in your Facebook/Meta ad settings.
• Block or clear cookies in your browser settings, or use a content blocker.
• Opt out of interest-based advertising at aboutads.info.

The services we rely on

We use a small number of service providers, each receiving only what it needs to do its job:

• GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) — hosts our websites and forms, stores our contact list, and sends our email.
• Stripe — processes payments. See Stripe's privacy policy.
• Microsoft OneDrive — hosts the digital files we deliver after a purchase.
• Meta — advertising and measurement, as described above.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your personal information. Ever.
• We don't share it with anyone beyond the service providers above, except when the law requires it or to protect our legal rights.

Your choices and rights

Email [email protected] and we will tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it — subject to records we're required to keep (like purchase records for tax purposes). Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy law; we honor reasonable requests regardless of geography.

Data retention

We keep your information while you're subscribed to our emails or have an active customer relationship with us, and as long as needed for legal, tax, and accounting purposes. When it's no longer needed, we delete it.

Children

Our websites and products are for adults and are not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us their information, email us and we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with an updated date. Material changes (like a new category of data collection) will be noted clearly.
